Meet our preacher...

Daren Schroeder

Greetings! My name is Daren Schroeder. I, along with my family, my wife, Julie, and three children: Braden, Kailey, and Aubrey, have lived in Godley for about 19 years (actually, Julie graduated from Godley I.S.D.). Godley truly is home for me too since I have lived here longer than anywhere else. (I was born and raised in the St. Louis area.) We've also lived in Tennessee and in Romania. Bet you haven't been there lately! Julie teaches sixth grade science here in Godley, where all three of our children have attended (and one still does).

 

In addition to family and "church things," I enjoy reading, writing, sports (mainly from my recliner!), home improvement projects (when they go right!), and seeing God's beautiful creation!

 

I want you to know that the church here has been so good to us, and I have no reason to believe they will treat you any differently. If you live here in the community, we are glad to be neighbors! We would love to meet you and your family. If I, or we, can be of assistance to you, please let us know!
